After informing him of the dress code for court appearance, next time he’s in court he needs to be dressed properly for court. He’s a Veteran, he should respect the Law he fought for. I think this is fake to make judges look bad. I have been to court for a number of reasons including jury duty twice and I simply had shirt and slacks. Same with rest of jury. This is not the only one of these shown on facebook.

If I have to go to court, I wear, what I would normally wear every other day. This is a working man and is probably as honest as the day is long. He should have removed his cap perhaps before speaking to the judge, as it's a show of respect to the court. 🤔 Nothing wrong with this man's appearance at all.
Most men in my small town dress like this everyday especially if you have a farm. As long as you and your clothes are clean, that should be sufficient enough, now yes take off your hat in court but other than that, this rule is ridiculous. Not everyone has a suit n tie…

I’ve seen people, over and over, show up in the courtroom looking like thugs with pants hanging down to their knees or cleavage plunging out, or skirt slits up to their thighs, not too mention shirts with logos that aren’t acceptable court room appearance… and this man shows up, looking respectable, to take care of his ticket… and he is hassled right off the bat! His ticket could have been paid and the man on his way home in less time than it took for the judge to go on about his outfit! I’ve seen and heard it all now! smhsmh
