To somewhat answer the question. Covid was “supposedly” a contagious disease spreading rapidly around the world. Cancer, diabetes, and allergic reactions are not.
Just my deduction, most jabs were not free, paid my Medicare and Medicaid, or by other insurance plans. No out of pocket...but NOT free.
