Nah Dad's right we grow up and learn the truth anyway. Santa isn't real nor the holiday they portray it to be. I worked hard all year to do this not some imaginary figment of a capitalistic society. Plus, I gift my kids family and friends whenever I feel they need a pick me up. Not when society tells me when I should do it.

Yea idc. I taught my kids that ma and popps bought all them presents. Kids who think Santa is real will grow up feeling treated unfairly. My mama tried to have us believe in him but my popps didn’t. He never said he wasn’t real he just always said to enjoy what we have because we didn’t have much. If I grew up thinking he was real I would be mad af because why did he get Timmy a game boy and I got an etch a sketch(it was still a dope toy) that I have to share with four brothers.
