Naw, aint no way.... The only way Uber Eats, Doordash or Postmates allows you to "dispose" of the food, is if 1 the person never shows up, we have a delivery time period, in the app...and 2. the customer cancels the order after it's been picked up/ order was made with a stolen card and it wasnt flagged until after the order was picked up. As a Dasher I have had all these situations happen...however, I always donated the food to the homeless; i worked in LA at the time.
