Do people not see the traffic? Or were they just Bunnies in vehicle costumes? I thought it was pretty damn obvious why the cop didnt move... not everyone jumps out in traffic when it is flowing and potentially causes a wreck because others are impatient..... the cop was not in the wrong. JMO
That’s not the way I seen it seen it as a cop, obeying the sign which says yield, and then a car decided to pass the cop on the shoulder which was illegal. The cop instantly pulled the car over and I’m so glad to see that because I watched this crap all the time, I drive over 3500 miles a week and I witness all kinds of crap including people passing on the right hand side of vehicles which is illegal that’s federal law, not state law you pass on the left

wow so many have no clue about the laws nor do many have much patience! There is no federal law about traffic law of passing on right side as it is up to the states individually. I looked it up. In Oregon you can pass on the right in multiple lanes as long as its safe same as passing on the left.

So that cop intentionally blocked and impeded traffic to create a situation where someone could be ticketed. Probably a wannabe narcotics officer but is too fat and coppish to make the team.

The cop car was wrong because it didn't keep merging into the highway. It's actually against the law to stop in a merging Lane unless the traffic on the highway is also stopped.
