I had this happen to me while driving to work. it was still dark out and a driver behind me started blinking his lights trying to make me think he was a cop. I couldn't move over as there were cars in the other lane and I was also getting ready to exit the road. He finally got around me, unsafely, then suddenly slammed on his brakes. i had hit him it would have been his fault as my brother was right behind me at this point and saw the whole thing. The man didn't have an emergency, he didn't speed up because he was in a hurry, he just didn't want to drive behind me. I have never understood why he did that.
