Too dry...now we do take steak coat in flour sear it to golden brown and slow cook/very low for couple hours with onions and garlic, broth...the gravy and seasonings permeates the meat... best complement to rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles. Serve with butter broccoli, green beans, or a garden salad, and the meal is complete...👍 👏
