if u ever worked in a restaurant that prepared these; u would HATE them as well. talk about fucking up your fryers. grease gets clogged up b/c of the flour that falls off into the fryers. then the fryers go down right in the middle of a rush. then u have to change and/or filter the grease. time consuming. which makes your appetizer station to run behind. these are a catastrophe to any menu. SUCKS! NO BUENO! 😲
