Call the police and press charges. Don't bail him out. He can sit in jail until he turns 18 and then find a job and a place to rent when he is released. Obviously, this kid has unaddressed mental health issues or was raised to be an entitled, egocentric brat and is now big enough to be physically dangerous. Either or both of these situations required the parents to have taken proper corrective measures long ago.
