I got a really easy way to not have to spend as much money on our prisons anybody who is a repetitive offender over the course of a certain amount of years should be put to the death penalty because it's not like they're going to change anyway. dead offenders don't offend again. I'd rather spend $0.25 on a 9 mm round then, however thousands of dollars it is to kill one inmate
