A clever way to cut your emissions.
Evidently this was supposed to be a new/woke technique for shaving where you put your face up to the exhaust to warm your beard enough to remove it while the blade vibrates. Well I tried it and all I got was Overcome by the exhaust fumes and a cut lip, Oh, and something called a "Darwin Award" by the staff in my local ER !

Checking to see if the catalytic converter is plugged and not getting air the exhaust can’t “breathe”. If it’s getting enough air that will get blown right off, but you have to tape it before you start not after.
so what's that do, now back in the day, someone once put a thin strand of wire on the exhaust similar to this video. and the results were scary.
That is an ingenious way to cut emissions. Just saying...

I get it. The razor blade shreds the pollution coming out of the tailpipe so much that it is no longer deemed hazardous material due to it being broken down into its most basic atomic components. BTW, A quad razor is far better than single when brand new. LOL

So, what was this all about?
I think that this guy isn't trying to perform any kind of hack, but show people a prank. The exhaust blowing through the middle of the razor blade, it's probably going to make a loud whistling sound that will make the driver think their car is all messed up unless they look at the exhaust pipe.
