it's not the same art work
you guys... if you look at her feet, you can see the painted woman's toes. Somebody created the painted lady with the ponytail, the silhouette. Then, in order to provide the colorful background, they had the lady in the protective suit lay on top of the silhouette to protect it, keep it clear of the colors.
That takes absolutely no talent to do. I wouldn't call that art.
Something anyone can do.
