I'm having a hard time grasping the fact that squatters have rights
that landlord waited his whole life to kick in a door , and he did it with great ease . Secretly, he always wanted to be a cop. with the haircut 🤔
You never lied. I won’t rent another property ever, people don’t pay their rent.
Why would the Police not Evict my renters that did not pay rent or utilities for 6 months. Utilities were in my name. they owed me $6,000 in utilities alone
People get evicted because they let criminals in there life, or they get married to someone who cant work anymore(LOOL), or they get house pets, or they smoke weed, or they drink hard core liquior, or they only work part time, or they stop showering and brushing there teeth, or they start taking birth control or start taking perscribed medications,or they get religious and give there job and money to Jesus!!! LOOOOL If you dont do those things you should be okay!

I was told by the Police that if I turned any of the Utilities off (they were in my name) I would be arrested. My renters were great the first 4 months. Then he got into Meth and every thing changed. I had no rights with MY HOUSE.

squatters definition is. the right too vacate empty homes that's just sitting there that can be fix up and use for someone who's looking for a home too buy or rent .not too be sitting there as an eyesore. squatters help the owners get off their asses and start too do something with there property they are a big help in revitalizing restoring empty homes own by the owners .👍
