WTF!! Why are all these lunatics determined to destroy wht entire world. Russia has the largest amount of nukes and verified by the nuclear peace treaty that sends inspectors to check them out.
They were wrong on Iraq having weapons of mass destrucion and they can be wrong again. There is only one country that I know of with a history of preemptive attacks and actually using nuclear weapons.
