The context on the video is wrong. What really happened is that the guy on the hospital survived a suicide attempt but him and the cop got into an argument and the cop slapped the guy multiple times. The man who attempted suicide was discharged from the hospital and attempted suicide again, but this time he was successful. The cop was later fired and arrested I think. R.I.P. to that man.
