And in industrial accidents!!!! I know!!! I had an industrial accident working at Coke a Cola in Philly. Low man on the totem pole and I went and did it. Had to make a scaffolding to get to a conveyor belt motor, scaffolding or wrench slipped and I went head first close to 30 feet. They say I reached out and grabbed a bar or stanchon, ripping off my pinky which saved my life. No safety belt was issued and I didn’t think of one. Coke didn’t deny the accident, it’s was the insurance companies that screwed my claim.

I work for years installing satellite dishes on Walmart's and other businesses where there is no place to tie off I was always scared of it

I agree with some fall protection but some fall protection and certain situations makes it more dangerous with it than it is without it
