As there is no scientific studies been proven if elephants can tell if humans are pregnant they can use their kin sense of smell picking up on hormonal shifts like rising hCG and progesterone levels. But no scientific studies have proven if elephants can tell if humans are pregnant. But they most likely can notice a shift in hormones. And knowing elephants intelligence, they can probably gather some type of idea that this human lady is expecting.
