I myself have never driven a motorcycle, but he realistically had no time to break since well, if you brake full force your would flip over and go flying since the force behind you would be greater than the force of the breaks (if im not mistaken)
You can’t slam on the brakes on a bike or he would’ve flew forward and snapped his neck on the cops trunk….it was hit the car or speed around and if he sped around he would’ve got arrested for reckless driving anyways. This cop knew exactly what he was doing, the biker may have been going fast but it gives no excuse to the people who are supposed to protect us to create dangerous situations like this. This was 110% cops fault, he should be fired, immunity stripped, charged with at least attempted vehicular manslaughter, and even if he doesn’t get convicted he should at least have his life derailed the same way a civilian would.
