These idiots always put a tourniquet on when they don’t need to. That’s not what it’s for.
It started when officers got a call about a suspicious person. after officer Bryce Sheehan responded, he asked the suspect, Crasteven Wilson, if he could pat-search him. When Sheehan placed his hand on Wilson's arm, police said Wilson pulled a gun and shot at Sheehan, narrowly missing his head. Sheehan then returned fire. Police said Wilson then tried to steal Sheehan's car but fled on foot. He was found a short time later and taken to the hospital where he later died.
For those that are wondering....that criminal will no longer be shooting anyone else...he was unalived by the officer. Good job officer.
