That is not completely true. If money is owed by a bank then it's the banks car and you will pay what is owed if you want it. Ferarri may take the car back themselves. If you want to ship the car out of the country to the United States? It may be cheaper to actually buy one in the United States due to shipping and government taxes and other red tape expenses to get the car out of the country and then into the United States. No! These abandoned cars are in no way FREE.
