Happened to me at Texas road house. Waitress came and took my plate and 3/4 minutes later she came and sit it on the table. She never said a word when she took, so when she came back and sat the plate down. Of course I asked what’s going on,!she replied “ I thought they have you the wrong steak”. I told her she would have to get me a new steak, “ I’m not eating or paying for this” she went to get a manager,!there was no problem and I had to pay for the meal. I told him was going to have to take the money and I am sure you can’t I left the dinner in the table headed for the door, she followed to door and demanded a tip. She’s still waiting 15 yrs later. I called corporate, they sent me meal coupons for a family of 4 free. I don’t know what she with meal for the time it was gone, but it’s rude and unprofessional.
