I love seeing this I'm adopted my dad adopted me he is the only parent I had growing up my mom was a drink and took off when I was 6 so I meet her know her but dad raised me and my sister. good people will love you for you and bet when you find that home and have parents that love you saves a child from going down a bad road. The saddest part of all of this is that childhood is our formative years. Everything we learn, feel, and experience in childhood carries on to our adulthood. If those years were traumatizing, that person suffers their entire life both physically and emotionally.

this has me crying like a baby. As a former foster kid myself this is truly everything we could wish for. I was moved around so much as a kid. when I finally turned 18 I just wanted to go back home even though I knew it wasn't a safe place. but foster care let me down so many times I just wanted something familiar. WORSE mistake of my life going back "home".
