If the guy on top is there to lift wires over the trailer, consider this...Man standing on a metal trailer, with no apparent tools for lifting the wire, is going to lift live wires with his hands?? Considering that the area doesn't look like good ole USA, the guy probably isn't wearing gloves, so he is standing on a metal trailer, dragging a metal landing gear for a good ground, and voluntarily is going to reach down with his bare hands and guide a live power line over the top of the metal trailer. In whose dream?馃槻馃

They're a little late worrying about the same high voltage lines, one has quite obviously already hit the hatch release on the top 莽arrier and burned it to the ground and partially destroyed the bottom one also but it was still enough to have damaged the cargo enough to consider it a total loss.
