I carry my birth certificate photo in my cell phone . It is from County Registrar office . She could afk for a cell phone # of one of the agents / or cops and text it to them . She could stay in her house . sooner or later they may see her outside and this needs to be settled . Then she could call police dept and have cop come into her house and look at her Birth certificate in her phone or the birth certificate itself which should be in her house
