Dogs are protected by federal law these people are so stupid the ones I’ve seen the dogs in calm they don’t bark they don’t move while they’re in court though you cannot throw them out sorry and why would you try to throw a veteran out? They served our country They are not supposed to be treated this way. Do you know how many veterans that are living on the streets cause we don’t help them with housing they should get free housing. This woman complaining is most likely afraid of dogs and her tenants should have shown up in court. Let them tell their own stories. The judge did the right thing. I personally don't care for people who dislike animals. Animals are real and genuine. People can be phoney and backstabbers.
I might initially be scared because of his size, BUT if the landlord would simply put up a note or send all tenants a notice stating the dog is a medical device it should be cleared up. The dog probably hasn’t do much as looked at other tenants. I’d be more afraid of a small “yippee” “yapping” dog.

Legally, this “Karen” can’t do diddly squat. Service dogs are not considered pets, and the judge is right that dog is used for medical purposes it’s against the law to discriminate against a service dog/animal.

Sue for discrimination. That dog is allowed in any building the patient is allowed in under American federal law and any business that operates in the United States. Im not sure about other countries but even if he travels through a cruise line that dog is allowed to go with him
