I'm sorry I don't see that as a joke I see that as concerned human being for another human being because he's probably been on track that accidents involving motorcycles where decapitation or some part of a limb or having a handlebar or a foot peg shoved up somebody's ass and blood out and died on the scene to me that's not harassment and that's not funny I give it to the cop for being concerned
