Firstly, I donโt hate any ethnicity and I certainly understand the need for representativeโs of every ethnicity, However, I too have become frustrated when the company representatives level of English is not up to a level where English speaking individuals can understand them. When you are required to ask them multiple times to repeat what theyโve said, it does get very frustrating. It is the burden and the responsibility of The Company they represent to be sure only clear and concise English speaking representatives communicate with English speaking individuals, concise diction is very important and should be addressed out of respect for the customer.
