Have you noticed it's always on a 2 lane back road in the country? If his wife wasn't there he would have gone to jail for no reason. People's rights are being stomped on. It used to be you were innocent until they had PROOF you were guilty. He offered to take a breathalyzer but refused the sobriety walk. I'm old too so I understand you can't walk straight if your stiff from riding. Cop was a tuff guy trying to intimidate a guy.

should of let them take you for an unlawful blood test and sued them, you have body cam proof of everything, when he asked how much you've had to drink you said not enough, that doesn't mean you drank anything at all

I'm a Senior Citizen and have known many hundreds of Law enforcement officers through out my life's Professional life, working with Police, Sheriffs Liaison officers & Probation folks. I'd say 80% are top notch professional men & women with impeccable integrity, common sense & "Servant Leaders"! But there is a percentage of Law Enforcement that challenges that needed mindset. Top Leadership needs to be strong and committed to develop GOOD Law Enforcement.

It's clear this combat veteran was just being honest. If you ask a non alcoholic drinker the same question, you will get a similar answer. As for the LEO, he was correct in his observation, thick tongue and slurred speech which we all know now, in this case, it's not contributed by consuming alcoholic beverages. If in doubt, ask the wife, lol

The man was being a wise-ass to the Cop. not a crime but good enough for any Cop to detain him until the whole truth came out. obviously there was a reason to pull him over. Police Officer was very. polite and professional.
