I don't care that she is not paying for her bags. I do care about incorrect numbers for the weight and balance of the aircraft.
Boat or Aircraft, they check the weight for safety. Overweight at takeoff, during the flight, and on landing can ALL have catastrophic results. The same is fairly true for boats.
