Sounds better to mix the cut peppers/ onion with the ground beef…season. Cut THAT potato in half if not fourths THENNN wrap it in the beef. Cover and Cook in oven for 45 min on 300. Drain excess oil. THENNNN add sauce n such. Put in oven on 350 for sauce to soak in, roll to soak other side. After soaked add cheeses. Let melt, cool n serve.
Probably need to boil the potatoes first I think.

mix ground beef like making meatloaf then par boil potatoes pealed and cooled. wrap meat then do what it shows cook for 30 mins add topinsgs and cook 10 to 15 mins till fork tender potatoes.💕
