I was almost completely blind with 2 cataracts God bless the surgeon 😷 at mass eye & ear. I now have 20/20 after they put in a lens in each eye. I wore glasses since 9 yrs old. 12 min surgery done. grateful forever

I had both of my eyes done. They can only do one at a time though, but you are awoke and they do give you like a sedative so you’re like in twilight and the numbing drops so you don’t feel the blade or whatever and then they spray water or ceiling, but it doesn’t hurt a little uncomfortable. It’s more like having say five eyelashes in your eye.👍🏼

I had cataracts removed but after 5 years things were getting blurry again so I needed what was called a capsulotomy which what I think is this where the laser makes a hole in back of the capsule that holds the lens. Nothing to fear with this is painless procedure that’s performed in the docs office in less than 5 mins I was driving home. Trust me there’s nothing to this at all.

this is the proedure to relieve the pressure behind the eyes when the fluids that lubricate the eye gets stuck...its called closed angle glaucoma. .ive had my eyes drained twice

I had YAG CAPSULOTIMY done on both my eyes and I was awake. I was given numbing drops and it was less than a minute for each eye. No pain and no bruises. Could see clearly immediately and my vision improved in a couple of days.
