During the daily process don't forget to tell yourself "I love you!" I've learned you have to love yourself before anyone else will. I had to even learn to "like myself" first...even avoided looking in mirrors because I hated who I looked at because of my parents and how they raised me. Self discovery. Try new things, learn what you like or don't like. Live your best life doing what you like/love to make yourself happy. Sometimes self care is hard but you can make your life happy and mean something. Learn to like yourself first. Self help books helped me a lot and I still read them. Best wishes my sweet. Remember, before anything else, Jesus loves you!🥰
