you lay down and try to pick your body up like that from just raising your head and your chest and stuff without using your hands or arms or anything your feet would have to be and under some kind of pressure to hold you down so you wouldn't your feet would go up in the air cuz your head is heavier than the end of where you feed is so I'd say it's real
