on what basis did he or any other Senator / ex-military with intelligence background have to make the statement they had to the military people about disobeying illegal orders. what orders has Trump ever put forth that were illegal in regards to our military. Accusations of courts breaking down to political ideology have been prominent in cases between California and the Trump administration, with both sides highlighting perceived bias in rulings that often split along ideological lines, particularly in higher courts. it is clear that Democrat governors and Republican Administration are using specific judges to push their ideology. the only reason that this congressman felt that he had a right to make such a statement is because a democratic judge who was persuaded by a democratic governor. clearly anyone with eyesight or common sense can see that California has been out of control for some time.
