Hmm...well let's see... A man going fishing stumbled upon a pile of boxes buried deep in the ground... I guess metal detecting for war relics might be illegal in Russia. most likely for a number of reasons... one reason might be because next to those boxes of ammunition could very well be boxes of rusty grenades or mortar shells with rusty pins and fuse caps... also there may be the issue of disturbing the graves of war dead... So miss me with the wayward fisherman story and just say a relic hunter found some cool $h!+ when he was digging for what his detector alerted on....
