I live 5 miles from a major Interstate and can hear the Jake Brakes being used on flat ground coming off of Interstate. On a quiet day. That's an issue, 5 miles! My school yrs with the students with headers and side pipes on their cars. Just to make noise and attract attention. I have been a semi driver myself, so I do understand the need in some areas. But Jake Brakes are being abused. I've got the biggest baddest car from the past is the truck drivers today.
