Not art, no talent.
Interesting & hopefully marketable. It should appeal to many. The arts are important to mankind. But, art that has little commercial value & not supported by it's followers, shouldn't be an expense to taxpayers. Many artists will provide their art simply as a generous gesture or good advertising for their work. The TAXPAYERS shouldn't pay, nor "own" art. "Caretaking" in museums & on public display is beneficial to both.
