I worked in the hay fields in the late 60’s and 70’s but we didn’t have no loader like that . It’s hard hot work when I first started it was only 50 cents a hour .

picked up a many of square bales, most in one day b myself a little over 400 loaded on truck and trailer, plus stacked in barn ,needless to say, slept like a baby that night 🌙!!!

back in my day in the '60s we had 120 lb 130 lb bales of hay the load and we didn't stack it like that it would never stay on the truck if it was stacked like that

we always stacked the front high and worked to the back. Phone wires over the lane determined how high we could go. if i remember 11 bales high.
