It's the hotel's mistake so she is legally able to stay there and or refund her the full amount that she paid..

she has to leave but they have to refund the money which should take 3-5 buisness days for her to get it back.

no although it was the mistake of the person who checked her in once the owner figured out she's in a do not rent to list, which I'm sure this person knew cuz whatever she did B4 which was probably over stay and make problems for them whatever she did they have a right as owners to ask her to leave .. they have to give her money back but no she does not have the right to stay. everyone is acting like this lady is a victim.. the owners called the cops and if it's that serious that she's on a list then she must have done something pretty bad and or annoying to the point that they don't want her money the want her to leave.. that's it and if she thinks she has a case she can do her own law suit but the cops have to do their job and make her leave. she's not special.. shes a loser living in a motel with her kids.. and probably a real price of work if a motel doesn't want her there even after she paid.. lmao..
