I'm a chef... my opinion, not that it really means anything but.. this would be absolutely more appetizing, if it were one tenth of the size. It's literally too much. Your eyes, your stomach, your head all tell you that. This is excess...not in a good way. I'm actually a little nauseous after watching it twice. 🤷

This serving is for the whole table to celebrate some occasion and the person being celebrated is asked to tell the server when to "stop" with the chocolate fudge. Those two balls of white are 1) Whipped Creme 2) Vanilla Ice Cream. It's very good and a very large serving. I had this once a long time ago and it's very decedent. A little goes a long way.
Way too much chocolate will raise blood pressure and probably glucose level. Unhealthy.
