I’m a “Black Woman” and I damn sure Know How To Be A Wife. I got this boo! And My husband makes sure that I know how much of a good wife I am. He feels for his friends because their wives are lacking and tells me often I’m the best wife a man could have !!!

I agree but I'm also for what's right. truth is this situation goes both ways. so for both parties whichever one it may be maybe we should look at those things and just because a person wasn't never told that or seen that doesn't mean they can't learn that but that's only if both sides are willing

Sister, don't feel bad. Most of us black men don't know how to be husbands and it is because most of us didn't come up seeing a successful marriage. We either saw toxic marriages or came up with only one parent.

I am a black woman and I know how to be a wife. I'm also a black woman that doesn't want to be a wife. I don't see how that's beneficial to me. I have a house, a monster truck, and a very comfortable retirement and in my state, if you're married ten years your husband is entitled to half your pension and social security even if you were divorced from him 40 year after a ten year marriage. Relationships are a business, and if you're not a desperado, you better treat it like business.

that doesn't sound like wives, but servants ....if you're holding black women to that standard that maybe that's true in some cases, I know a lot of black women growing up who fell strongly into that roll and believed not only should her husband eat first and have his plate made, that all men should eat before women. and I found that to be disgusting and would never want a woman like that

I'm a black woman and I've been married for 15 years. My mother and father took the time with me when I was growing up. My mom taught me how to treat a good man, how to cook how to be loyal and be the woman of my home. My dad taught me how to be patient and understanding towards a man, how to be humble, and listen to my man, not to be cowardly but be humble and listen to my partner, how to allow a man to be man and give him the love and attention he needs. Alot of women today want to be masculine and tell men they don't need them, if you are loud, ghetto and self centered, this will push a man away from you, it will cause them to not want to marry you. Also, another reason is all the twerking and being half dressed on camera! You're showing your body to the world, then say you want to be a wife! Men want a woman they can trust and respect! Make it make sense! In order to be chosen as a wife, you must carry yourself as a wife first 👌🏾💯✌🏾💯🫵🏾

This is not a knock against BW she’s actually telling the truth, this is one reason why 80 percent of BW file for divorce because they feel marriage is not what they thought it would be
