If I were a resident there I would set up a government fund me account to get him a new ramp. Or ask the residence owners that I know to take up a collection for him to get a new one or call veterans orginations to help get a better one built. I roommate in a condo and the female manager tried to one up me but she always walked away frustrated because I wasn't submissive to her. I didn't break any laws but she was always on me about stupid stuff.

Couldn’t get the video to slow down but it also looks like his eye is damaged also. He should be commended for his service to our country and all its citizens, even protecting her from enemies. And she wants to complain. Do a fundraiser and either rebuild the ramp or buy one to accommodate Miss Nobody. I’m sure he knew he could have lost his life to save people like her. I would probably paint a sign and put it in my front yard saying “I’m a disabled Veteran and need to get in and out of my home. The HOA wants it torn down. Can i get help from anyone.
