what's funny is certain people get to go to addiction clinics but then certain people go to jail I'm not going to use the race card but most people to get caught with fentanyl get to go to rehab but a guy young guy majority black goes to jail some whites do too but majority blacks go to jail and majority of the other race gets to go to rehab I'm just saying I got mixed kids so I'm not racist but I just hate seeing this everybody should be able to go to rehab if they addicted they addicted find something to fix the problem instead of locking people up because once they release they still be addicted to the drugs with no help funny how you can take people off the streets and send them to jail for 5 to 10 or 20 years but it's not willing to send these people to rehab but then everyone says they get money from the president and the government for rehabilitation centers but most of the people that's on the drugs are sent to jail🤔

Oh yeah, I've been addicted to hard drugs, been clean for over 20 years and have a degree in substance abuse. This is a punk who thinks he can't be punished for smoking a little grass. He learned a hard but valuable lesson, IF THE JUDGE SAYS DON'T DO DRUGS, YOU DON'T DO DRUGS

I think the 2nd time, you should have gotten some help or tried to get help. You have to WANT to get help, noone can do it for you or make you do it.
Hate to make yall aware of this but sometimes makin it stick like judge just did IS THE RIGHT ANSWER. If he wont stop and giving the chances hes had hes proven that removing him from the decision is best. A year in house gives him enough space to get clean and sets a block in his mind that may get thru to him that there's alot more time coming if he continues to ignore the warnings and chances given. Stop treating uim like hes a baby. I can speak from experience. A year in the jails gonna do him good!! something similar like this happen to my nephew/only thing is he.got a 25 yr sentence at Angola in Louisiana/he had to do 16yrs before he got paroled.he told me that he had to fight everyday or loose his manhood .

you don't bail them out yes I have three kids and I would not bail them out of jail they need to figure out why they're in there hopefully I discipline them and raise them the right way that they know right from wrong you have to tell your kids no it does make you a good parent when they say I hate you if your kid doesn't say he doesn't hate you you haven't done a good job parenting they're going to get mad at you and they're going to scream I hate you and you're going to be like you'll thank me later
I had a friend that kept bailing her son out. he kept getting in more trouble. I told her to leave him in jail until he went to court. judge sent him to prison. he fafo. cleaned his act up n now straightened out and a great dad, clean n sober.

Is jail the right place? If they have a rehab he should have been referred to a rehab after the first time. But after the 3rd time you have to revoke his bond. But the problem isn’t being addressed. Rehab for drug addiction is best instead of just letting them out. So instead of saying you can get out but don’t use drugs, it should be if you want to get out you check in rehab or stay in Jail
