This is an annual tradition by Swiss artist François Monthoux called Great Citadel" or "Monthoux Castle" built in the forests near Bière, Switzerland the banks of Toleure river. It's said it took him 3 years to build. It's supposed to be temporary and get washed away by the rain. There's been a drought which has the art lasting longer and why he's asking for the rain.
