That’s a classic scam, I know that because I’ve worked fast food and they’d do this shit all the time. With no proof, I remember one time when I was working at Burger King. A lady came in to return her food and said she found a blonde hair, and it ended up being her own hair. And she still try to get a refund for it and my manager said get the hell out.
