Allowed people from all over the world to apply for asylum here. Internationally recognized asylum is seeking protection for persecution (not poverty) in the first country you come to. It’s a shame that this is the democratic party now but the worst thing is the voters going along with it, take care of everyone else but tell the Americans that they are not worthy to get any help so they go to the back of the line even our homeless veterans are not considered worthy enough, and if the voters would’ve said that this wasn’t okay this would be different but instead the voters are sheep just following along listening and doing what they are told and not speaking up. The politicians are to blame but the voters are more to blame because instead of speaking up that is wrong they just double down and that’s why I’m no longer a democrat and it’s also the reason why the MAGA party is as strong as it is now.
