I did 26 months in Corcoran shu 4A-2L once you get your program down you straight 💯 and a t.v ..being back there I learned how to draw really well, spent all my time drawing and working out..then kicked out to Level 4 180 yard in Pelican Bay .... glad all thats behind me now, im staying free 💯

What is that they’re trying to remove from the door slot? Reminds me of the new dollar bill changer we got in High School, 1974. Some kid thought you could put anything in the slot and get four quarters. I showed him how it will spit out questionable items. I used a napkin. It never came back out. Same kid told me the next day he saw the lunch lady had the door open, was picking out pieces of shredded napkin and cussing up a storm. Oops.

Different prison systems use their own terms for that type of confinement. Segregated Housing Unit, Special Housing Unit and Solitary Confinement. Administrative Segregation which is often not used for punishment but for the inmates safety due to them being a child predator or ex law enforcement.
