in the last few years I have noticed that people seem to feel like they have rights to be on the road and do what they do, instead of realizing that driving is a privilege they don't care about other drivers on the road, they really don't care about the rules of the road, and don't care about driver safety this is where cops need to start pulling more people over and give them tickets for the little things so they start realizing that there are consequences when you don't follow the rules.

I see beacons but don't hear a siren going...It looked like the Harley guy just didn't check his mirrors and didn't see the cop till the last second to me.
I guess depending on the state your in. Sirens are not used on highways as it scares drivers.
