Bro, I’ve been a plenty of jobs. You can’t have radios on at all at all and ain’t nobody living next-door. It’s just how some job sites are and if you’re forming of the job site tells you to turn it off and you’re not allowed to have the radio on like that, then that’s what it is if not, you leave the damn job.

Every one of those employees need to quit working for him now. And do not think he can go get a bunch of other employees to replace you at a moments notice. You will hurt him and the people who he has the contract with why his work foce walked out on him. That guy has people he has to answer too! Let him try to explain it to them. I'm a trucker and this one place I pick up at they ALWAYS have latino music playing. So, when I go in there I always find one of the workers and start staring at them while I strut my stuff. I don't think they like it ....

hes probably the general contractor. hes responsible for every single person on that job site. regardless of sub contracts. if the owner of the building complained, they couldve terminated the contract and he would lose business. also its a safety violation

He did the right thing because if it was me, I would’ve did the same exact same thing except I would’ve waited till we’re done with the project finished everything got inspected and then mysteriously showed up and damage all the sheet rock and break all the railings piss all over the carpet and right his wife’s name with my poop. 😱 no just kidding.
