my chihuahua had 3 litters of puppies next to me in my bed instead of using the special delivery spaces set up for her. the vet said it was because she felt safe with me and trusted her puppies with me. the first one was waking up to a wet smooshy stuff under the covers thinking she had a bathroom accident to lifting the covers to find her in labor with a second baby. it was worth every new set of sheets.

My cat had her kittens right above my head. Every time she was ready to deliver a kitten, she would meow to make sure I was watching and able to help if needed. She was so precious and I loved being her support. It was her first litter and she wanted Grandma (me), to be awake too. She turned out to be a fantastic mom to her 5 babies.

New apartment, beds not up,slept on floor where we dropped,flipped my waist length hair out and woke up to noises,couldn't get up....my hair was stuck to the floor,with mom and babies and assorted things in it. my son set her up in the kennel and loosened me from the floor... took twice to wash it all out.😆😆😆😆😂😂😂
